About This Course
This exciting course provides a comprehensive foundation in digital illustration, covering core techniques, tools, and creative styles. Students will develop proficiency in essential drawing skills, including linework, shapes, and shading, using digital tools and drawing software. Through guided lessons and activities, creativity and imagination will flourish as they work towards confidently expressing ideas through drawings. Students will also discover diverse illustration styles and become equipped with a strong technical skill set and a passion for the art of digital illustration.
You'll learn to:
- Apply fundamental drawing techniques, such as lines, shapes, and shading
- Use a range of digital art tools, including brushes, the color picker, and the fill tool
- Develop creativity and imagination through engaging drawing exercises
- Practice drawing various styles and subjects, such as cartoons, animals, or nature
